We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We provide unique, high-quality products, and generally side with the customer whenever there’s a customer service issue.
Product Warranty
The various products in our online store have different warranty policies. For Rock The Bike products including our most popular products in the Fender Blender line, you have a 2-year warranty for defects in the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to wear and tear, loss, overloading, misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, incorrect use, or anything else beyond Rock the Bike’s direct control.
Warranty becomes void on bike blender products without the Rock the Bike badge, front fork Rock the Bike logo, and/or blender base. Customers may be subject to badge verification before a warranty will be issued.
The warranty is valid if you purchase from any of our approved distributors/dealers unless the badge or logo is removed.
90-Day Fender Blender Guarantee
For whatever reason, if you’re not satisfied with your Fender Blender or Spin Art purchase in the first 90 days please give us a chance to make it right. Call (toll-free) 1-888-354-BIKE or email us, and we will either refund your purchase and help you return the item you don’t want, or find a creative, positive way to resolve your issue.
Stock items are subject to a restocking fee. For custom-branded orders we will not refund the cost of branding, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your refund so our team can remove your branding from the bike.
Rock the Bike does not pay for return shipping or refund the initial cost of shipping for your order. If you’d like us to send you a label, the return shipping fees will be subtracted from your refund total.
30-Day Storewide Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with something you purchased in the first 30 days, for any reason, please, give us a chance to make it right. Payment Terms
We request payment at the time of purchase and require it before shipping. For all orders under $5,000 we accept Credit Cards, ACH, Cash, or Checks. For purchases of more than $5,000, we accept Credit Card, Bank Transfer, and Check.
Payment must be made in US Dollars, or at the daily exchange rate. All invoices/estimates/sales receipts are in US Dollars only.
Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
If this policy inhibits your ability to purchase an item or service from Rock the Bike, please call us directly at 1-888-354-BIKE. We would like to get you riding, glowing and blending and will work with you to establish a secure payment method.
1. Cash payments: Best delivered in person. If you are unable to visit our shop, please send us a money order or certified check which can be obtained at your bank or post office.
2. Checks: By far the best payment method. You are welcome to send us a personal check through the mail. Allow 2 weeks after receiving the check to process, fulfill the order, and ship.
3. Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. 3.5% processing fee applies to cards with a US based billing address, a 4.5% fee applies to credit cards with an international billing address.
We need the following information:
- The 16 digit credit card number
- The expiration date
- The billing address of the card
- Name on card
- The 3 digit CCV code from the back of the card

Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all stock products if they are returned in a like-new condition. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Please ship your return using the original box and packaging.
For items returned after 30 days, we approve returns on a case-by-case basis after review of your account. Please call our customer service department for review of your order. For all returns accepted after 30 days, a 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed.
For custom-branded orders, we will not refund the cost of branding, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your refund so our team can remove your branding from the bike.
We work hard to make custom products that fully satisfy your needs. If an issue arises with a custom-made product, please contact us so we can fix the problem or reach a happy resolution.

Event & Rental Policies
Rescheduling and Cancelations:
If the event/rental is being rescheduled:
100% refunded for events scheduled 2 weeks or more from the event ship date (for out-of-town rentals), the delivery date (local rentals), or the local event date.
75% refunded – less than 2 weeks’ notice of the rental or event ship date (for out-of-town rentals), the delivery date (local rentals), or the local event date.

If the event/rental is canceled:
100% refunded – events or rentals cancelled with a month or more advance notice of the rental or event ship date (for out-of-town rentals), delivery date (local rentals), or local event date.
75% refunded – with at least 2 week’s notice of the rental or event ship date (for out-of-town rentals), delivery date (local rentals), or local event date.
50% refunded – with less than 2 weeks’ notice of the rental or event ship date (for out-of-town rentals), delivery date (local rentals), or local event date.
25% refunded — for events cancelled within 72 hrs
0% refunded — for events cancelled within 48 hrs
If your rental or event bike has any technical issues, we ask that you call us right away for customer support or refer to our troubleshooting page, the instructions included in your box or the user manuals located in the box and in the confirmation emails sent to you prior to your event date. Please understand that the bike is sent 1-2 days in advance for you to assemble it in advance to make sure you don’t run into problems during your event. If there is a problem with the bike that prevents you from using it properly, you can make a request for a refund, but we will evaluate the status of the bike prior to granting refund requests.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for unfulfilled bike color requests. We do our best to accommodate every bike color request, but we cannot guarantee these preferences during our busy season.
Credit Card Security
We take your credit card security seriously. We will not store your 16-digit credit card info, even for repeat customers. We cannot access credit card numbers through our online store, either. If we believe there is a fraudulent charge through our online store we will call you to verify your account information with your bank.
We don’t mess around on online security either. We maintain a valid, current SSL certificate. This is what enables us to put our website behind HTTPS encryption.
Please note that our 888-354-BIKE number occasionally routes to a cell phone. We have never had an issue regarding this, but if you don’t want to provide payment information over a cell phone line, please ask us to call you back from a landline.

Coupon Policies
Rock the Bike offers 10% discount to non-profit organizations and K-12 schools on all purchases from our website. These organizations also receive $45 off per bike for rentals and event services. Please ask us about our discounts if you qualify. We reserve the right to refuse the use of a discount code if it is invalid or if the purchaser is not eligible.
We also offer discounted packages to everyone on our Best Selling Packages page. Discounts cannot be doubled. For example, the Best Selling Packages already have a discount added to them, so they are not eligible for an additional 10% off if you are eligible for our schools and non-profits discount or any other discount. We will help you determine which discount provides the greater savings and help you with your order when requested.
Rock the Bike will also periodically offer time-sensitive discounts and promos via our newsletter, blog, or social media pages; please follow us to find out about these offers.
The Right to Refuse Service
Rock the Bike reserves the right to refuse service to customers who request customization services that promote oil and gas companies. We take pride in customers using our bikes to promote health, wellness, education, and green initiatives. We may refuse service to customers requesting promotional branding with oil and gas industry logos.
