- For a thicker smoothie, start with less liquid. You can always add more as you blend

Adding papaya takes this smoothie to another level, we highly recommend it! Finding it in frozen chunks can be difficult, which is why it's not included in the main recipe. If you're using all frozen fruit, blend the liquids with just frozen banana first and then add the other fruits. Lastly, if you want to make this smoothie just a tad bit extra - add fresh basil or mint. Your smoothie will sing!Serves 3-4
Ingredients
- 4 oz lemonade
- 4 oz oat or almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
Instructions
- Pour liquids into the pitcher
- Add a banana
- Add frozen mango and strawberries at the end
- Get on your bike and pedal!
