Timeline Requirements
- Submit all artwork 3 weeks before shipping deadline
- Production and installation: 3 weeks after approval
- Total lead time: 6 weeks minimum
Technical Requirements
File Format: EPS, PDF, AI, PS, or other vectorized files. JPEG and PNG can be acceptable in some cases, but risks dilution of quality.
Resolution: At least 300 dpi on all components of the file.

Submission Process
Either fill out the form above, or email your artwork/rendering/logo to customerservice@rockthebike.com. We will create a rendering for your review and approval. Then production can begin.

- One revision
- Two rendering proofs

Wheel Branding
Design Tips
- Keep logos and important artwork away from the bleed line to avoid clipping during printing.
- Avoid placing text in the center; the center hole will cut off any text or logos.
- Use patterns or designs that look visually appealing when spinning.
- Make sure to follow the General Requirements as close as possible.
Steps for Creating Wheel Branding Artwork
Open the Template in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
Design Your Wheel Cover in the safe area of the Artwork layer.

For the Ice Cream Bike, the non-drive side has a pulley with an 8″ diameter circle that won’t be visible. Focus your artwork toward the outer part of the wheel rather than the center.
