Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Rock the Bike purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your Fender Blender, Spin Art, or any other product, please give us a chance to make it right. You can reach us at 1-888-354-BIKE (2453) or customerservice@rockthebike.com

Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame:

    • For Fender Blender and Spin Art purchases, returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery, or we will work with you to find a creative, positive way to resolve the issue

    • For all other items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Restocking Fees (Stock Items)

Unbranded stock items may be subject to a restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging. This will be clearly communicated when you contact us.

Custom-Branded Orders

Custom-branded products are not fully refundable.

  • The branding cost is non-refundable.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of removing branding from the bike.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you’d like Rock the Bike to issue a return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund using your original payment method for the total purchase price, not including the cost of the initial shipping. Please allow 7 business days after we receive your return for processing.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, discount, or refund as appropriate.
