We stand behind our products
Rock the Bike creates unique, high‑quality products and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Most Rock the Bike‑produced and branded products come with a two‑year warranty against defects . Products we resell—such as speakers, stands or cases—are covered for the period specified by the manufacturer.
What’s covered

Rock the Bike products: Two years from the date of purchase for defects in materials or workmanship, and we are do our best to offer support for the long haul, see Ongoing Support below.

Resold products: Covered for the duration and under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Valid purchases: The warranty applies to items purchased directly from Rock the Bike or from our authorized dealers. To keep your warranty valid, ensure the bike retains its Rock the Bike badge and front‑fork logo; removing these or the blender base voids the warranty.
What’s not covered
Damage due to wear and tear, loss, overloading, misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly or incorrect use is not covered. Modifying or removing our logos voids the warranty.
Satisfaction guarantees

90‑Day Guarantee for products produced by Rock The Bike: If you’re not satisfied within 90 days, contact us and we’ll make it right. Stock items may be subject to a restocking fee; custom‑branded orders incur a 20 % restocking fee and branding costs are non‑refundable.

30‑Day Storewide Guarantee: For other products, you have 30 days to return or exchange them. We’ll work with you to refund your purchase or find a positive resolution. Restocking fees apply to stock items and custom‑branded products. We do not refund original shipping charges .
How to make a warranty claim

Email us: Send photos of the issue, your date of purchase, a phone number, and the purchaser’s name (individual or entity) to customerservice@rockthebike.com. Including clear photos and/or video helps us assess the problem quickly.

Initial review: We’ll review your information and may contact you for additional details. If a defect is confirmed, we’ll advise whether the item will need to be returned or if there are other options.

Local options: We may ask you to bring the product to a local bike shop for repair, which we'll cover. Or we may send replacement parts for you to install. Our team will determine the best approach based on your specific situation

Return shipping: Customers pay for return shipping unless the claim is made within 30 days of receipt; international customers always pay for return shipping . If requested, we can provide a return label and deduct the cost from any refund or credit.

Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll repair or replace it at our discretion and return it to you.
Customer responsibilities

Refrain from removing any Rock the Bike or product, decals, badges and logos.

Follow all assembly and operating instructions.

Use the product as intended; damage from misuse or overloading is excluded.

Pay return shipping costs unless the claim is within 30 days, and always for international returns.

We stock replacement parts and offer advice on maintenance, upgrades and repairs so you can enjoy your Rock the Bike products for years to come.
