Fewer wires means fewer headaches

When pedal power is coupled mechanically in the bar itself, there are fewer wires to tape down, trip over, and trouble shoot. It's also a more intuitive and cool way to join pedalers' efforts. In practical use of bicycle music systems, we've found that the majority of system failures are due to wiring and strain relief issues, not actual component failures.
