The Event Power Box provides clean event power people can participate in. Instead of the noise, fumes, and fuel demands of a gas generator, your power source becomes a welcome part of the event—creating cheers, feelings of contribution, and camaraderie. It stores energy in a battery, accepts renewable inputs like solar and bicycle generators, and delivers standard AC power while showing the energy story on a daytime-visible display.

Individuals and groups will see their efforts measured in real time and then try to best each other in a friendly competition, extending the battery with each try. Warp Mode, enabled in the app, senses and accentuates these moments.
Know Your Runtime. Every event uses power differently. The Event Power Box helps you understand your energy budget in real time, with a display that can be seen from over 100 feet away. Just like the battery icon on your phone, the sign gives you the info you need at a glance, ensuring you are on track to successfully power your entire event.
Small concert example: A small PA and lighting setup averaging 300W would run for about 8 hours, with runtime extended by adding pedal power.
Bounce house example: A bounce house drawing 650W could run for almost 4 hours, with runtime extended by adding pedal power.
5 kWh version available: The 5,000 Wh version roughly doubles these estimates, making it a strong fit for longer events.

Connects participants. Teams form spontaneously, pedalers encourage each other, and the vibrant display gives people a reason to push harder, cheer, and try again for a higher peak-power score.
For maximum stored energy, charge to 100%. If pedal power is expected right away, charge to 80%. Charge at a building with a solar array or a clean power provider to say you are running a renewable powered event!
Plug in standard devices to the AC power outlet. The 1500W inverter provides AC power through two outlets, comparable to the maximum output of a typical wall outlet. For greater output, contact us for the full size model.
Show the energy story on the included LED display. The daylight-visible LED screen mounts to the box on an included pole, with static branding space around the LED area for your event, sponsor, organization, or campaign. Add additional LED screens to broaden engagement.
Display custom messages during the event. Moving text can share sponsor names, team prompts, educational messages, event updates, or calls to action while the power data remains part of the experience.
Mount the Wattage Display where it works best. The included display can mount to the box’s pole or attach easily to other poles and stands using a tool-free strap system and wifi connectivity. Additional Wattage Displays can help you access larger crowds. Point one toward the performers and one toward the audience for example.
Display live data on additional screens using the app. The same information can also be shown on any screen that can view a webpage, such as a projector, tablet, TV, or monitor.
How it compares to the Pedal Power Utility Box
The Event Power Box builds on the teamwork, fun, and educational experience of Rock the Bike’s classic Pedal Power Utility Box while adding substantial energy storage.
Where the original Utility Box required continuous pedaling, the Event Power Box stores enough energy to power equipment for hours. It delivers the same feeling of “we’re powering this ourselves!” while providing the practical reliability needed for real-world event production.
The Event Power Box uses lithium iron phosphate batteries, also known as LiFePO₄, a safer and more responsible form of battery technology.
