We served Pumpkin Pie Smoothies at Berkeley Sunday Streets. This is a great seasonal treat for the fall and requires very little cooler space at an event.
In your pitcher add:
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Top with 1 cup ice and place on your bike blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
Pro Tip: Bring a can opener with you to the event, or buy pumpkin puree in a carton.
