We recommend 2-4 pitchers per bike. More pitchers makes more servings for your guests.

Do you want to customize the wheel(s)? ($475/bike)

Requires a 3 week lead time, minimum. Otherwise, rush fees are applied. This option is excellent for creating cohesive activations.

Do you want to customize the desk skirt(s)? ($350/bike)

The desk skirt is the area that wraps around the sides and front of the recharge desk. Requires a 3 week lead time, minimum. Otherwise, rush fees are applied.

Do you want to add any additional non-event days before/after your event? We charge $50/day/bike

Pickups & Deliveries occur 1 business day prior to your event date and then 1 business day after your event date. You are only charged for the event day. Shipping FedEx Ground does not guarantee a delivery date. We ship everything to arrive 1-2 business days before your event date. This gives FedEx buffer days for delays and you time to set up and get comfortable with the gear. If you have a large event with more than 2 bikes, we suggest adding 1-2 non-event days to your rental.
