Use the little Q icon for every FAQ. Use the quote icon for every testimonial...

Every time we display a FAQ node on Rock the Bike, there should be a little Q icon. Similarly, use the quote icon for every testimonial, and the news icon for news. Perhaps we should use larger versions than what's in the little right side blocks?
