A question about the new dino headlight

Great idea in that no batteries or charge timne is needed. The one complaint I HAVE heard is the "drag". My question is how notable is it, realy?
I'm lookin at putting this ona touring rig w/ a possible payload weight cap of around 200 lbs, am I REALY gonna notice the drag affect from this?
