It's been a year and a half since I purchased my Down Low Glow lights for my Catrike and they still work perfectly. The mounts you suggested with the wide tubes made for an easier installation. The night-time pictures are a little fuzzy, but I think you get the idea. And motorists (pedestrians, too) really do see me at night.
