We try to give you the best value in shipping for your Rock The Bike purchases. Our basic shipping option, FEDEX Ground, is a flat $11 anywhere in the US.
For Down Low Glow customers, our international option includes a 220 Volt charger if you live in a 220 volt charger.
We ship approximately 2-3 times per week, not every day like larger online retailers. This means that if you want something by a certain date, you should select 'Express Shipping' on check out and write a note along with your purchase explicitly detailing what the deadline is. Example: "My girlfriend is turning 28 this Thursday, I need a Hot Pants Pink Dual Tube DLG system with a fully charged battery. I'm going to surprise her at work and I won't have time to charge it." If we can't make it happen we'll tell you. If you choose "Express shipping" and don't provide a deadline, we'll still bump your order to the head of the cue and ship by priority mail (2-3 days any where in the country.)
If you select Express Shipping and specify a deadline we can't meet without upgrading you to FEDEX overnight service, we will call you and ask permission to add an additional charge to your purchase.
