Who is responsible for the service on my custom Soul Cycle?

We design, build, and wire our systems to be a source of inspiration and beauty, not frustration. Even so, screws and bolts will loosen and batteries can wear out.

We take serviceability into account when designing your custom bike. We have a preference for working locally, where we can inspect and repair any issues on site. However, if we're sending a Soul Cycle to another city, we will fully document the build process in order to have a reference when there is a service issue. Depending on the situation, we may also avoid exotic components and use only car-audio supplies when working with customers in distant locations. And while some bikes will have a completely enclosed music cabinet, we may design your bike with all wiring and electronics accessed externally.
