Will the Down Low Glow fit my short wheelbase recumbent?

Yes, the DLG fits a wide variety of recumbents, including the Bacchetta and Action Bent Jet Stream.

The Bacchetta would be similar. The idler wheel beneath the front of the seat may pose a mounting challenge. So the front tube can be mounted so that it hangs out in front of the bottom bracket. (DLG tubes are center mounted.) And the rear tube can be 15-18" away, allowing you to mount it under one of the chainstays.
